Kinesiology muscle test Kinesiology uses muscle testing; this is where where light pressure is applied to your raised arm and the arm will respond by either staying raised or by relaxing. This method of ‘asking the body ‘can identify where it is out of balance and how to correct it.

As the person themselves is responding it results in a totally individual treatment for the client, not just a generic treatment for a particular issue. Muscle testing provides the mechanism to improve any condition whatever its origin and treats the whole person. It is suitable for people of all ages and dispositions
