Healing Consultation

butterfly Each consultation will last between 30 minutes to an 1 hour and the cost will vary according to the therapist and length of the treatment. Wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is recommended. You will not have to remove any clothing, only your shoes!

At the first meeting a full case history will be taken and time taken to explain how muscle testing works and what to expect during the session. You will then be made comfortable on a couch or chair while the practitioner applies light manual pressure to your arm. This will enable the body’s energies to be stabilised and then to establish the correct procedure to be followed to promote healing.

At each stage of treatment you will be informed about what results have been found and what the therapist needs to do to help you.

If nutritional help is needed for the body to heal, the therapist will advise on the best products for you at the end of the treatment.

How often will I need treatment?

Because Spectrum Healing addresses causes rather than symptoms it is not a therapy that requires regular treatment as some others do. Instead time is needed after each treatment to allow the body to heal before any further treatment can be given.

The time between treatments will vary according to the corrections that have been made and can be anything from one to six weeks. Sometimes only one healing session is required to change your reaction to allergens and food intolerances etc. and no repeat visit is necessary.

Clients have found it very useful to have a regular annual MOT to clear potential problems before they lead to physical difficulty.

If you want an appointment with Jay, go to the Contact page. Then fill in your details explaining that you wish to make an appointment and stating what days or times are convenient. Jay will then get in touch with you to arrange the appointment.

If you want an appointment with another Spectrum Healing therapist, go to the Therapist page and see if there is someone who lives near you. If so, contact them and make an appointment.

Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment otherwise the full fee is payable.

What happens if I live too far away from a therapist?

If there is no therapist near you, contact Jay and ask about the possibility of her doing healing at a distance for you. You will get the same benefit from this treatment as coming to see her. Jay has a number of clients that she heals in this way. If you wish to explore this, go to the Contact page. Then fill in your details explaining this and giving a phone number that she can contact you on. Afterwards Jay will then contact you and tell you what has been done.
